The Freedom Center is a God-inspired vision of a “one-stop shop” serving at-risk youth, ex-offenders and families in Northeast Houston. The Freedom Center will offer the community Christ-centered assistance through education, training, socio-economic empowerment, mentoring and spiritual transformation. Located in the heart of the very blighted North Forest community is over 80,000 square feet of retail space which has been vacant for almost 10 years. Transforming this building will transform our community for Jesus Christ.

We envision a full-service Christ-centered mission center with a community center for youth; childcare & early education center serving mothers who are working or in school; after-school program; re-entry program for ex-offenders; GED program; job readiness and apprenticeship training center; retail space to generate revenue and promote community entrepreneurship. The Freedom Center will transform our Northeast Houston and empower lives to rise above the bondages of poverty. We will restore faith, family, community and change as our “Community Works” together in to transform lives.
