An American Leadership Forum Fellow, Joi Beasley’s professional career includes twenty years in the document management industry and experience in executive management, training, organizational development, human resources, operations and sales management. Prior to her launch of GOGO, she served as the Vice President of Human Resources for OnSite Sourcing, an Alexandria, VA based firm. Her prior years were spent with IKON Office Solutions as Director of Human Resources and the Director of Diversity. During her corporate career, she has been recognized and awarded for Innovation and Leadership, applying creativity to motivate and achieve business results, with a pragmatic approach to leadership and human resource problem solving. Beasley is known for her management training, executive leadership development and coaching.

During her tenure with OnSite, she restructured the Human Resource Department and re-engineered the Corporate Business Service Center Team to facilitate a fast growing organization. Following a fast and furious corporate career, Beasley decided to “take a walk on the wild side” into entrepreneurship and acquire a division of OnSite Sourcing returning to her favorite city, Houston, TX to create GOGO Business Communications, Inc. GOGO was honored as 2013 Supplier of The Year by the Houston Minority Supplier Development Council and Beasley was listed among the Top 25 Women of Houston by Rolling Out Magazine 2010. GOGO has been nationally honored in 2018 at the Enterprising Women, 2011 Pinnacle Award Winner of the Greater Houston Black Chamber and Emerging 10 Award Winner of the Houston Minority Supplier Diversity Council has maintained our reputation as a superior
service provider in this industry, as marked by our Supplier Excellence Award 2010 for Metro’s Real Mean Business Program. With focus and determination, GOGO has capitalized on our origins and not only sustained, but thrived in our 9 years to become a preferred provider for branding, graphic design and print-on- demand in the Houston business community. A native of Omaha, NE, Beasley holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa and proud Fisk University Alum.
