Here, she orchestrated the restructuring of service delivery from face-to-face to online for over 10,000 learners across Harris and Liberty counties, propelling the program to become the top-performing initiative in Texas for five consecutive years.

In 2020, Stephanie Ross embarked on a solo mission, establishing SMRoss Educational Consulting to spearhead post-pandemic academic business growth. As the CEO, she has successfully cultivated strategic partnerships across Texas, making impactful contributions to educational and workforce industries in major cities such as Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin.

Stephanie's commitment to education extends beyond professional accomplishments. Currently pursuing a doctorate in Organizational Leadership in Education from Abilene Christian University, she focuses on the profound impact of parents' low literacy on their children's academic, economic, and health advantages. Recognized as an education expert at state and national levels, Stephanie's presentations on innovation leadership reflect her dedication to fostering positive change.
